Celebrating Mothers - Happy Mother's Day

As I celebrate my mother, my mother-in-law and you,
as a mother, each time I think of how you
affect the lives of your children, nieces, nephews, cousins,
a friend’s child or just the kid down the street.

Though not all women have children of their own,
celebrate the fact; we are women, we can give life,
love and laugh and we affect the lives of countless people.

Some may have grandchildren and some may have great-grandchildren.

Some of you are an aunt, cousin, teacher, nurse, friend and/or co-worker
to a child and he/she looks up to the women in their lives.

So it is not just today, it is everyday that I celebrate the women and men in my life.
